Housing

Housing targets are achieved when:
· Vacant housing is significantly reduced or eliminated. Residents live in owner–occupied, single–family affordable housing for families whose incomes are below the median household income for the County of Jefferson, the State of Alabama.
· All targeted homeowners are educated with home maintenance and income management skills.
